Welcome to the website of Principal Senior Living Group (PSLG). The Roswell, Georgia company was founded in 1997 by partners Kyle Diekmann and David Winters with the goal of providing superior quality communities for seniors. In a large part, the creation of PSLG came from David’s personal experience with his mother who needed care. Even though he was in the industry, what he found available didn’t meet his expectations for her care.

With 50 years combined experience in the development and management of independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities throughout the United States, the partners set forth to create a new concept in senior residential communities.  Communities that are small and homelike.  Communities where staff and residents have a bond. Communities where residents are encouraged to remain as active as possible. Communities that residents could truly call “home”.

PSLG’s hands-on management style, careful selection of staff, successful track record, and personal commitment to quality for each of its residents sets a superior standard in senior communities.
